In compliance with the Federal Government's Law on equal pay and remuneration criteria between women and men (Law No. 14,611\/2023, Decree No. 11,795\/2023, and Ordinance No. 3,714\/2023), the Copel Foundation has made available its Transparency and Equal Pay for Women and Men Report for the second half of 2024, on the Emprega Brasil Portal.<\/u><\/u><\/p>
This Report presents the following information in infographic format: i) the ratios between the median and average salaries of women in relation to those of men; ii) the difference (in percentage) between women's salaries and men's salaries, by occupation group; iii) the composition of the total workforce, by gender, ethnicity, and race; and iv) existing remuneration criteria, as well as actions to increase diversity.<\/u><\/u><\/p>
With these disclosures, the Copel Foundation reinforces its commitment to transparency and the pursuit of equal opportunities, without any distinction based on race, color, gender, or belief.<\/u><\/u><\/p>
