TRANSPARENCY

In compliance with the Federal Government's Law on equal pay and remuneration criteria between women and men (Law No. 14,611/2023, Decree No. 11,795/2023, and Ordinance No. 3,714/2023), the Copel Foundation has made available its Transparency and Equal Pay for Women and Men Report for the second half of 2024, on the Emprega Brasil Portal.

This Report presents the following information in infographic format: i) the ratios between the median and average salaries of women in relation to those of men; ii) the difference (in percentage) between women's salaries and men's salaries, by occupation group; iii) the composition of the total workforce, by gender, ethnicity, and race; and iv) existing remuneration criteria, as well as actions to increase diversity.

With these disclosures, the Copel Foundation reinforces its commitment to transparency and the pursuit of equal opportunities, without any distinction based on race, color, gender, or belief.
