Em atendimento à Lei de igualdade salarial e de critérios remuneratórios entre mulheres e homens (Lei nº 14.611/2023, o Decreto nº 11.795/2023 e a Portaria nº 3.714/2023), do Governo Federal, a Proturbo disponibilizou, no Portal Emprega Brasil, o seu Relatório de Transparência e Igualdade Salarial de Mulheres e Homens, referente ao 2º Semestre de 2024.

This Report presents the following information in infographic format: i) the ratios between the median and average salaries of women in relation to those of men; ii) the difference (in percentage) between women's salaries and men's salaries, by occupation group; iii) the composition of the total workforce, by gender, ethnicity, and race; and iv) existing remuneration criteria, as well as actions to increase diversity.
